Wilder Mansion's 8th Annual Holiday Market presented by Brewpoint Coffee
The 8th Annual Wilder Mansion Holiday Market will feature over 60 artisans and gourmet food vendors selling their unique one of a kind holiday gifts including jewelry, note cards, candles, chocolates, women's and kids' winter hats, home décor, soaps, handbags, winter mittens and scarves, baby items, coasters and a gourmet food gift court.

Hometown Holiday: It's a Wonderful Life in Elmhurst
“It’s A Wonderful Life” captured American hearts with its depiction of George Bailey and his struggles in Bedford Falls. Experience the nostalgia and sentiment of this classic film though a private collection from Richard Goodson of rare memorabilia including vintage movie posters, photographs and more. Seasonal items from EHM’s collection will be on display, including handmade Christmas ornaments from Dresden, Germany and prints by former Elmhurst resident Lee Sturges. Sponsor: Lakeside Bank.

Spring Road Tree Lighting
Join Spring Road for their annual Holiday Tree Lighting event. Visit with Santa Claus, enjoy hot chocolate and cookies, and listen to festive Christmas carols. This event is held annually in mid-November.

Jolly Old St. Nick Concert
​Ring in the holiday season with our annual celebration of Elmhurst’s German roots. Elmhurst’s authentic German choirs, Damenchor and Männerchor, perform German carols. Jolly Old St. Nick will join the festivities to explain his legend and take photos with guests. Hot cocoa and treats will be provided. Children are encouraged to wear their pajamas! Donations for the giving tree to support Yorkfield Food Pantry will be gratefully accepted. No registration required, all ages welcome.​Friday, November 30, 2018 @ 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Tree Lighting in Wilder Park
Join Elmhurst Park District in this annual holiday celebration in Wilder Park. Featuring holiday entertainment, a special guest from the North Pole, and children's activities in Wilder Mansion. This event happens every year in early December.

Sleigh Rides and Ice Sculptures
Walk up and down Spring Road to see ice sculptures sponsored by local businesses. Watch a live demonstration of the creation of an ice sculpture. Enjoy an old fashioned sleigh ride (or wagon ride depending on weather) with Santa and warm up with hot chocolate and cookies.
