Together We Cannot Fail: Overcoming the Great Depression

Continues through May 2, 2021

In the 1930s, our nation faced the worst economic crisis in U.S. history during the depths of the Great Depression. Learn more about this challenging time and discover how local communities pulled together to support one another as the economy mended and the country regained its footing. Delve into the roots of the Depression and find out about some of the important federal relief programs like the W.P.A. and the C.C.C. that helped our nation’s recovery. Limit: 15 visitors per hour, 5 people per group, face masks required. Exhibit sponsor: Feze Roofing.

Location: Elmhurst History Museum, 120 E. Park Ave., Elmhurst
