Celebrate the new exhibit, “But Wait, There’s More!” with an outrageously fun afternoon on the Elmhurst History Museum grounds showcasing the gadgets, gimmicks, and appeal of Ronco and Popeil. Watch “O-Matic” product demonstrations in the tent, and show off your singing skills on stage with Mr. Microphone Karaoke. Don’t miss the Ronco Chef Challenge at 2 p.m. when local chefs from Cafe Amano, OMG Brunch & Boutique, and One Fifty One Kitchen + Bar will make creative dishes using Popeil products like the Chop-O-Matic, Kitchen Magician, Veg-O-Matic and more! Celebrity judges include Mayor Steve Morley, Elmhurst Chamber President John Quigley, West Suburban Living Editor Chuck Cozette, and Ron Popeil's sister, Lisa Popeil. Sno Cones will be available for purchase. All ages welcome.
